Lead global IT operations, develop the IT team, and strengthen enterprise technology capabilities. The role combines hands-on administration, service delivery, infrastructure ownership, and people leadership.
Обязанности
- Lead, mentor, and develop the global IT team while building a high-performance, service-oriented culture.
- Manage global IT assets, including systems, laptops, licenses, networks, cloud applications, and meeting rooms.
- Administer Windows endpoints through Microsoft Intune, including device configuration, compliance policies, application deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Partner with IT Procurement on technology purchasing and asset needs.
- Operate and improve the enterprise help desk and end-user support experience.
- Work with Operations, DevOps, and Security teams to implement access policies.
- Monitor network availability, utilization, throughput, quality of service, and latency.
- Lead systems implementation, integration, and cross-functional IT projects from planning through production.
Требования
- At least 3 years of hands-on IT experience in a corporate or enterprise environment.
- Experience in an IT leadership role, including mentoring IT professionals.
- Experience leading IT projects, initiatives, or cross-functional efforts.
- Strong service-oriented mindset.
- Extensive experience managing Windows endpoints with Microsoft Intune, including provisioning, policy management, software deployment, compliance, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure-based identity and access management.
- Experience administering AI platforms.
- Advanced enterprise network management and configuration across Wi-Fi, Ethernet, VLANs, access points, switches, and firewalls.
- Expertise in enterprise application management and identity protocols including SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Jira, Salesforce, Teams, and Cloudflare ZTNA.
