An Israeli CRM and business technology company is seeking a hands-on specialist to own customer-facing AI solutions, support key customer relationships, and contribute to product and AI development initiatives.
Обязанности
- Own and develop ongoing customer relationships, with responsibility for customer success
- Analyze complex business needs and translate them into CRM and AI-based solutions
- Define and design AI agents, automated processes, and advanced workflows
- Lead and support customer solution implementations, including hands-on work when needed
- Collaborate with development and implementation teams
- Identify problems and own solutions from definition through execution
- Improve internal workflows and delivery processes using AI
Требования
- Proven experience working with B2B customers in customer success, implementation, consulting, or a similar role
- Strong experience defining business processes and complex system requirements
- Deep familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, and automation
- Strong systems thinking and ability to understand broader business needs
- Hands-on approach, autonomy, and strong ownership
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead customer-facing processes
