Lead a team developing next-generation 5G modem systems and communication algorithms for advanced wireless connectivity products.
Обязанности
- Lead senior system and algorithm engineers developing innovative 5G modems.
- Define modem systems, requirements, and implementations from research and simulation through official release.
- Lead algorithmic research and balance DSP, software, and hardware implementation trade-offs.
- Develop MATLAB, C, C++, and SystemC models and specification documentation.
- Partner with VLSI and software teams to align system definitions with implementation constraints.
- Maintain expertise in cellular standards and their implications for modem design.
- Mentor team members and promote technical excellence and professional development.
Требования
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience developing communication algorithms and defining modem systems.
- At least 2 years of experience in a management or technical leadership role.
- Strong digital signal processing implementation skills using MATLAB, C, and embedded coding.
- Solid modem design skills and strong system-level understanding.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a global, multi-site environment.
Будет плюсом
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Communication Theory and Systems, Signal Processing, or a related field.
- Experience with 4G or 5G-NR standards.
