Own the live operation of a mobile game, including events, player segments, collections, rewards, economy, creator collaborations, and player communities. This hands-on role combines creative planning, operational execution, data analysis, and lightweight tool building.
Обязанности
- Own the live game calendar, player segments, collections, rewards, and economy.
- Ideate and prioritize live events and item drops for the player audience.
- Build events and looks in internal creative tools, from styling through technical execution.
- Configure events in the administration system and manage them through launch.
- Monitor live events with data tools, investigate performance, and determine follow-up actions.
- Quality-check events in the development environment before release.
- Automate repetitive workflows by building tools with Claude Code or similar tools.
- Coordinate with fashion influencers and creators, shaping their in-app events and supporting them throughout execution.
- Manage player communities and communicate directly with users.
Требования
- Fluent, confident spoken English for calls with international creators.
- Demonstrated experience building something independently, such as a tool, script, side project, or small business.
- Strong interest in fashion and style, with awareness of emerging trends.
- Comfort using AI coding tools such as Claude Code to build practical solutions.
- Analytical, precise, curious, and highly self-directed approach to problem-solving.
- A technical background such as Unit 8200 experience is strongly preferred.

- Native or near-native English.
- Hands-on experience with AI image-generation tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, or ComfyUI.
- Experience with SQL, scripting, or automation.
