Support innovation-sector banking clients through onboarding, account opening, client due diligence, daily banking services, and ongoing risk monitoring. The role is based in Israel and serves Israeli, US, and global accounts.
Обязанности
- Serve as the day-to-day service contact for innovation banking clients and prospects
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for Israeli and US accounts
- Coordinate account opening across global branches
- Review customer information and identify client due diligence gaps
- Collect required account-opening information and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with relationship managers and offshore operations teams to meet service levels
- Provide daily banking support for Israeli accounts and global banking needs
- Monitor client and operational risk and apply regulatory and internal policies
- Develop internal networks across the banking platform
- Support due diligence, deal structuring, and portfolio management activities
Требования
- Professional fluency in English and Hebrew
- Based in Israel
- Strong attention to detail and business judgment
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving and influencing skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
