A financial services organization is seeking a Senior Credit Manager to lead business development, structure complex financing transactions, manage negotiations, and oversee client relationships.

- Lead business development for the unit, with an emphasis on acquiring clients.
- Develop appropriate transaction structures for complex financing deals.
- Manage negotiations through transaction closing.
- Manage deal flow across relevant internal and external interfaces.
- Develop financing methodologies for different transactions and industries.
- Identify market trends, lead product development, and create partnerships.
- Manage business relationships with clients.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or a related field.
- At least five years of management experience in a financial institution.
- At least five years of significant experience in corporate credit, including independently leading financing transactions.
- Experience reading and analyzing financial statements, economic models, and investment plans.
- Strong analytical and analytical reasoning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, drive processes, and develop creative solutions.
- High level of responsibility and readiness for intensive work.
