Lead the global tax function for an international company developing sustainable, on-demand digital production technologies for fashion and textiles.
Обязанности
- Lead global tax compliance, reporting, tax accounting, and governance
- Develop and implement global tax strategy while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Manage quarterly and annual tax provisions under US GAAP and ASC 740
- Oversee transfer pricing policies, intercompany arrangements, and documentation
- Support international operations, business initiatives, reorganizations, and strategic projects
- Monitor global tax developments, including OECD Pillar Two, and assess their impact
- Lead tax audits and manage external tax advisors
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Treasury, and HR on tax matters
- Improve tax processes, controls, and governance across the group
Требования
- CPA qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in Israeli and international taxation
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP tax accounting, including ASC 740
- Experience with transfer pricing and multinational tax matters
- Fluent English
