A growing cybersecurity company is seeking a hands-on Global Controller to lead international accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and scalable finance processes across Israel and the United States.
Обязанности
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for the parent company and subsidiary
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements under US GAAP
- Own global accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, fixed assets, accruals, and intercompany transactions
- Oversee bookkeeping and payroll operations and maintain accurate accounting records
- Manage statutory reporting, tax filings, payroll requirements, and financial regulatory compliance
- Implement and maintain transfer pricing policies and intercompany reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition policies and improve related controls
- Establish and improve accounting policies, internal controls, and scalable finance processes
- Lead annual audits and coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and other professional service providers
- Support equity plan administration and stock-based compensation accounting
- Provide financial analysis and insights for management decisions
- Implement systems, automation, and AI solutions to improve finance efficiency and visibility
- Lead accounting, finance, and cross-functional projects as the organization scales
Требования
- CPA qualification and Big Four accounting background
- At least 6 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, including Controller experience
- Experience in a global high-tech company
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 606 revenue recognition, consolidation, intercompany accounting, and stock-based compensation
- Experience managing close processes across multiple legal entities
- Knowledge of financial controls, statutory reporting, payroll, and tax compliance in Israel and the United States
- Experience overseeing accounting and payroll staff
- High proficiency with NetSuite and Microsoft Excel
- Experience supporting audits and working with external auditors and tax advisors
- Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
