A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Financial Accountant to manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while working with group leadership and international stakeholders. The role is full-time and hybrid, with one fixed work-from-home day per week.
Обязанности
- Manage and prepare the company’s financial statements
- Work with external auditors
- Manage budgetary control and variance analysis
- Participate in annual budgeting and financial forecasting
- Report to and work with the group CFO
- Coordinate with departments and stakeholders in Israel and abroad
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports, analyses, and calculations to management
- Support financial processes and business decision-making at company and group level
Требования
- CPA license required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or economics
- 3–5 years of experience as an accountant in a global company
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP
- Experience working in an international environment with multiple entities and currencies
- Very high-level English proficiency
- Strong analytical and systemic thinking skills, accuracy, independence, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
