Lead accounting, reporting, tax, controls, and financial operations for a rapidly scaling technology company. Manage a finance team and partner with senior leaders across international operations.
Обязанности
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
- Lead consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements under US GAAP and applicable accounting standards.
- Manage revenue recognition, intercompany transactions, reconciliations, accruals, and balance-sheet management.
- Manage and develop the Assistant Controller and Accountant.
- Partner with finance leadership on analysis, management reporting, budgets, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
- Translate financial data into business insights by understanding products, business models, and unit economics.
- Manage international tax matters and coordinate with external tax advisors.
- Lead annual audits and manage auditor, tax advisor, and external finance partner relationships.
- Improve financial processes, systems, automation, and internal controls.
- Support complex transactions, new products, financing activities, and strategic projects.
Требования
- CPA qualification and at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong accounting fundamentals and experience with consolidations and multi-entity accounting.
- Solid knowledge of US GAAP, international tax, and financial reporting.
- Experience managing and developing finance or accounting team members.
- Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
