A global investment firm is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to independently manage the full accounting cycle for its Israeli and US management companies while partnering with the Financial Controller.
Обязанности
- Own full-cycle bookkeeping in Priority for Israel and QuickBooks Online for the US
- Manage monthly close, journal entries, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, reconciliations, and entity-level reporting
- Maintain ILS and USD books and manage intercompany billing and reconciliations
- Run end-to-end Israeli payroll and coordinate US payroll through a PEO
- Manage vendor onboarding, invoices, approval workflows, payment runs, expenses, corporate cards, and wires
- Prepare Budget vs. Actual reporting and variance analyses
- Analyze payroll, vendor, software spend, and foreign-exchange exposure
- Improve and automate recurring finance workflows using AI tools, Excel, and existing systems
Требования
- At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience, including hands-on Israeli payroll
- Israeli certified bookkeeper, Type 3, and certified payroll controller
- Experience with both Israeli and US books; US payroll through a PEO or EOR is preferred
- Proficiency with Priority, QuickBooks Online, and advanced Excel
- Experience with Mesh or a comparable spend and corporate card platform
- Strong written and spoken English
- Practical experience using AI tools in day-to-day finance work
- Highly organized, independent, detail-oriented, discreet, and accountable

- Transfer pricing, VAT, or cross-border tax exposure
- Experience supporting external audits and investor due diligence
