A global payments company is hiring a Senior Accountant in Israel to oversee worldwide revenue accounting, entity reporting, tax compliance, collections oversight and audit preparation.
Обязанности
- Own worldwide revenue accounting, including monitoring revenue streams, contracts and agreements.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with accounting policies.
- Manage revenue-related monthly close, analytical reviews and related procedures.
- Monitor billing and collections activities, drive collection efforts and escalate overdue accounts.
- Partner with Sales on timely payments and track collection risks.
- Oversee accounting, monthly reporting packages and close processes for entities in the United States, Latvia and Germany.
- Support selected payroll activities.
- Prepare or coordinate tax schedules, VAT returns, tax returns and statutory reports under local GAAP.
- Prepare for audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Support ad hoc integration projects.
Требования
- CPA certification required.
- One to two years of similar experience, preferably in a global technology company.
- Experience preparing financial reports under US GAAP.
- Strong Excel skills.
- High level of English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong attention to detail, organization and prioritization skills.
