A global financial services company is seeking a Financial Controller to help build and manage its local accounting function, reporting to the Chief Accountant.
Обязанности
- Prepare statutory and consolidated general ledger accounts in Oracle NetSuite in accordance with GAAP and IFRS
- Coordinate accounting and month-end closing processes
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly and annual book closing
- Analyze movements in key general ledger accounts
- Improve reporting processes through automation and controls
- Participate in annual and interim audits
- Advise on accounting and financial reporting matters
- Define and maintain consolidation, financial control, and accounting procedures
Требования
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in banking, financial services, or Big Four work with banking clients
- Strong accounting knowledge and experience with GAAP, consolidated financial reporting, and/or IFRS
- Excellent analytical skills and a structured, logical approach to problem-solving
- Hands-on attitude, motivation, and strong focus on delivery
