A medical technology company seeks a certified bookkeeper for a temporary maternity leave cover in Haifa. The role supports payables, expenses, billing, reconciliations, reporting, and accounting operations.
Обязанности
- Register vendor and consultant invoices and match them with purchase orders and goods receipts
- Follow up with vendors regarding missing or incomplete documentation
- Prepare payment files and verify amounts, bank details, and supporting documents
- Review and process employee travel and expense claims according to company policy
- Record corporate credit card transactions and allocate expenses to the correct accounts
- Support hospital billing by collecting treatment activity reports, confirming volumes, and preparing invoice drafts
- Post customer receipts and maintain the receivables ledger
- Assist with bank, credit card, and supplier reconciliations and record journal entries
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
- Assist with financial reporting, accounting activities, ad hoc analyses, and finance projects
Требования
- Certified bookkeeper, level 1 and 2
- Strong Excel skills
- High level of English
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
