Lead the bookkeeping team and oversee end-to-end payroll and daily financial operations for a company based in Tel Aviv. The role works closely with the CFO and supports multi-currency and crypto-related transactions.
Обязанности
- Manage the bookkeeping team and daily financial operations.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit management.
- Manage reconciliations across bank accounts, credit cards, customer and supplier accounts, and crypto accounts.
- Oversee customer invoicing and supplier payment processes.
- Manage multi-currency, foreign-currency, and crypto-related transactions.
- Own the end-to-end payroll process, including salary calculations, payslips, payments, and coordination with pension and insurance providers.
- Perform hands-on bookkeeping while leading the team.
- Lead financial operations in collaboration with the CFO.
Требования
- Certified Bookkeeper, Type 3.
- At least 4 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience.
- Experience managing a bookkeeping team.
- End-to-end payroll management experience.
- Experience with bank, credit card, customer, and supplier reconciliations.
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and supplier payments.
- Experience with foreign-currency transactions.
- Proficiency with Priority ERP.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
