Lead group-wide finance operations for an international insurance organization, overseeing collections, claims payments, commissions, controls, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting while managing three team managers.
Обязанности
- Own core financial operations across the group.
- Manage collections, claims payments, and related expenditure.
- Oversee agent commission payments across group activities, including operations, controls, and final approval with the chief accountant.
- Work with the group's insurers and reinsurers.
- Manage cash processes and credit-card settlement reconciliations.
- Lead pricing updates and policy renewal processes.
- Own internal controls and authorization management.
- Coordinate preparations for regulatory reporting and SOX audits with the insurance company and legal department.
- Directly manage three team managers and their teams.
- Work with group management and diverse internal stakeholders.
Требования
- Required experience managing employees.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex processes across multiple organizational interfaces.
- Very high-level English for ongoing work with teams in Australia and Germany.
- Strong creative and systems thinking, decision-making ability, and broad business perspective.
