Own financial planning, accounting coordination, compliance, operational efficiency, and SaaS infrastructure management for a scaling technology company.
Обязанности
- Own budgeting, monthly financial tracking, long-term planning, and quarterly forecasting
- Monitor cash flow and KPIs and provide financial insights to management
- Build and maintain financial dashboards
- Coordinate bookkeeping, payroll, and IL/US tax reporting
- Oversee internal audits and compliance activities, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001
- Manage SaaS procurement, licenses, usage audits, and vendor relationships
- Automate manual financial and operational workflows
- Manage vendor contracts, customer agreements, and compliance documentation
- Improve onboarding procedures and internal operational processes
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of finance or operations experience
- Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting skills
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Experience with financial models, dashboards, SaaS or vendor management, and QuickBooks
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to manage end-to-end responsibilities with minimal supervision
