A growing public financial group is hiring a Company Accountant for its Tel Aviv finance team. The role combines accounting, financial analysis, data, and technology, with responsibility for reporting, controls, and financial processes across group companies.
Обязанности
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements under IFRS
- Own financial reporting processes, controls, and financial data quality
- Define financial logic in company systems and ensure data consistency and reliability
- Prepare ongoing management reports and data-driven financial analyses
- Analyze profitability by product, transaction, and customer to support financing and strategic decisions
- Work with technology and data teams to translate financial needs into system requirements
- Manage cash flow and budgetary control
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions
- Support financing transactions
- Prepare professional materials for senior management and the board
Требования
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
- Experience working under IFRS required
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, including understanding of financial and analytical models
- Experience in a technology-enabled or advanced information-systems environment
- Ability to connect financial needs, data, and systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with credit and non-bank financing
- Ability to work independently, lead processes, and manage multiple priorities
- Strong collaboration skills across professional and business functions
- Accuracy, thoroughness, accountability, and systems thinking

- Previous experience at a Big Four accounting firm
- Experience in a public company, preferably in the financial sector
- Experience with business intelligence tools and data analysis
- Experience working with technology and data teams
- Additional academic or professional background in computer science, statistics, or mathematics
