A real estate development company is seeking a part-time Chief Bookkeeper to independently manage accounting through balance sheet for a group of domestic and international entities, including project SPVs, parent companies, and subsidiaries.
Обязанности
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping through balance sheet
- Handle intercompany accounts and reconciliations
- Coordinate with accountants and financial advisers
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Track payments and allocate costs across companies and projects
Требования
- Mandatory Bookkeeping Type 3 certificate
- Significant independent experience managing accounting through balance sheet
- Experience with parent, subsidiary, and related companies
- High proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
- Good English proficiency
- Strong accuracy and ability to manage multiple companies and projects independently
