Own the accounting and financial infrastructure of a newly established regulated banking institution, leading core accounting operations, payments, payroll controls, and process improvements.
Обязанности
- Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes through the trial balance.
- Manage domestic and international supplier payments, budget controls, and ongoing cash flow monitoring.
- Prepare institutional reports and manage depreciation and fixed assets.
- Coordinate payroll data with the external payroll bureau and perform ongoing controls.
- Manage the interface with the pension administrator, including clearing-house processing, employee forms, exceptions, and feedback.
- Initiate, implement, and improve accounting workflows and advanced controls.
- Implement bank procedures and maintain appropriate SOX controls for a regulated financial institution.
Требования
- At least 5 years of experience as a sole or chief accountant.
- Mandatory Level 3 or certified bookkeeping qualification.
- Mandatory Level 3 or certified bookkeeping qualification.
- Experience with payroll processes and pension controls.
- Excellent knowledge of Hashavshevet, ERP systems, and Excel.
- High degree of independence, accuracy, organization, multitasking ability, problem-solving approach, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Будет плюсом
- Prior experience in a bank, institutional investor, or regulated financial company.
- Payroll accountant certification.
- Experience with advanced financial controls in a regulated environment.
