A SaaS company developing a no-code business process management platform seeks a certified bookkeeper to own bookkeeping and financial operations for the company and a related business. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kfar Saba.
Обязанности
- Manage ongoing bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close; coordinate with the external accountant on audits and annual reports
- Issue invoices and receipts, manage collections, and oversee accounts receivable
- Calculate partner commissions, bonuses, hourly client billing, and intercompany settlements
- Track license renewals and prepare draft renewal proposals
- Prepare payroll and attendance data and submit reports to government authorities
- Compile periodic reports for government grants
- Build BI reports, dashboards, and management analyses
- Manage office administration and ongoing vendor relationships
Требования
- Certified Bookkeeper, Type 2 or higher
- At least 3 years of independent, end-to-end bookkeeping experience, including month-end close
- Experience working with an external accountant and Hashavshevet
- Experience in a technology or software company
- Daily hands-on use of AI tools for files, reconciliations, analysis, and drafting; able to demonstrate an improved process
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and reconciliations
- Experience building BI reports and management dashboards, connecting data sources, and analyzing trends
- Good English for reading and correspondence
- Accuracy, organization, critical thinking, and independent ownership
