An international crop protection company is hiring an Assistant Controller for its global accounting team in Airport City, Israel. This outsourced project role is expected to last at least 1.5 years and reports to the Global Accounting Projects Leader.
Обязанности
- Manage end-to-end SOX compliance processes for the group.
- Implement new accounting standards.
- Support preparation of financial statements for dual-traded entities in China and Israel under IFRS and PRC GAAP.
- Support quarterly and annual consolidation of subsidiary financial statements.
- Contribute to high-impact cross-functional global accounting projects.
- Coordinate with subsidiaries, auditors, external consultants, the parent company, and related parties.
Требования
- Certified Public Accountant qualification is mandatory.
- At least 2–3 years of experience, including internship, in a Big Four audit team serving publicly traded or reporting companies, or as an Assistant Controller in a global company.
- Mandatory familiarity with IFRS.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Hebrew.
- Strong analytical, planning, process-management, follow-up, accuracy, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural, and high-pressure environment.
