A satellite communications company is seeking an Assistant Controller to support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, compliance, and strategic planning. The role reports to the local CFO and is based in Rehovot, Israel. This is a full-time position with overtime as needed.
Обязанности
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and cash flow statements in accordance with local law and group standards.
- Control budgets, prepare forecasts, and maintain financial projections.
- Implement analytical accounting methods, including standard costing and tracking production and research and development hours, with related ERP adaptations.
- Monitor and analyze expenses against budget by cost center and present reports to local management.
- Collaborate with a centralized global finance team during month-end closing.
- Support the three-year budgeting process and five-year strategic business planning.
- Analyze financial data and prepare management reports for senior executives.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and coordinate internal and external audits.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, or business administration.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
- Experience at a Big Four accounting firm in a high-tech or technology practice.
- Experience preparing monthly reports for international corporations.
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English, including financial presentations.
- Ability to work independently with high precision and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
