Join our finance team as an Assistant Controller. You will manage month-end close, US-GAAP reporting, accounts payable, financial statements, and tax reports. Requires CPA with 3+ years at a Big Four firm, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. Fast-paced environment in Tel Aviv.
Обязанности
- Lead month-end close activities, including consolidation and variance analysis.
- Manage accounts payable, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Prepare and review annual financial statements and tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with US-GAAP across all accounting processes.
- Reconcile intercompany accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Support bookkeeping and external audit engagements.
- Drive process improvements in expense management and procurement.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.
Требования
- CPA certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience at a Big Four accounting firm, preferably in a high-tech department.
- Strong knowledge and experience with US-GAAP accounting.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Self-initiated problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Independent, detail-oriented, team player, and multitasker.
