We are looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant to manage supplier accounts, verify invoices, perform reconciliations, and handle month-end closing. The role requires Type 2 bookkeeping certification and high proficiency in Excel. Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Priority is a plus. Hybrid position based in Jerusalem.
Обязанности
- Handle all areas of accounts payable, including invoice verification and recording against purchase orders
- Perform account reconciliations
- Manage supplier correspondence, payment reminders, and internal inquiries
- Conduct month-end closing and additional accounting tasks as needed
- Build positive working relationships internally and externally
- Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and controlling interfaces
Требования
- Type 2 bookkeeper certification
- High-level English proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Openness to change
