Join an early-stage technology company building an Agentic AI product. Own engineering initiatives from concept through production, applying human judgment to architecture, technical decisions, and code produced with autonomous agents.

Обязанности

  • Own features and technical initiatives from idea through production.
  • Translate product and business requirements into clear engineering briefs.
  • Direct and collaborate with autonomous coding agents.
  • Review AI-generated specifications, architecture, and code.
  • Make technical and architectural decisions.
  • Ensure quality, reliability, and maintainability before code is merged.
  • Identify opportunities to improve development processes with agentic workflows.
  • Improve collaboration between engineers and autonomous agents.
  • Work with leadership and product teams while contributing hands-on.

Требования

  • Strong backend and software engineering experience.
  • Deep understanding of system design and software architecture.
  • Strong experience with production environments.
  • Sound engineering judgment and ability to critically assess technical solutions.
  • Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
  • Hands-on approach to complex engineering challenges.

Будет плюсом

  • Experience with LLMs, AI coding tools, autonomous agents, or Agentic AI workflows.
  • Interest in exploring software development with autonomous AI agents.
