Join the Office of the CTO in Tel Aviv to build AI-native software development platforms, agentic workflows, automated quality systems, and developer tools that increase engineering effectiveness across the organization.
Обязанности
- Research, prototype, and build agentic workflows, development agents, harnesses, and tools for the software factory.
- Define governance, controls, standards, and architectural principles for safe and predictable software delivery.
- Build and scale shared infrastructure including an AI gateway, context and memory graphs, guardrails, and developer golden paths.
- Implement automated CI/CD quality gates, evaluations, guardrails, and telemetry for AI-generated work.
- Create documentation, lead workshops, gather developer feedback, and drive adoption of internal engineering tools.
- Mentor engineers and guide builders across R&D and product teams.
- Establish review practices and technical standards that improve engineering quality, testing, security, and reliability.
Требования
- At least 10 years of software engineering experience, including Staff, Principal, or architectural leadership responsibilities.
- Hands-on experience designing and building agentic workflows, autonomous systems, and AI-driven development loops.
- Strong architectural expertise with distributed, composable, and extensible systems.
- Understanding of cloud-native patterns, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Strong backend development skills with technologies such as Java, Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React and the ability to work across the stack.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills for influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent written and spoken English for collaboration with global R&D teams.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong ownership, initiative, collaboration, customer focus, and ability to drive change in ambiguous environments.
