Обязанности
- Own end-to-end architecture across real-time conversational and offline video paths
- Define interfaces and boundaries between speech, avatar, and agentic layers
- Set platform direction for speech pipelines, orchestration, transport, model routing, and build-versus-adopt decisions
- Design target architectures for integrating new, acquired, and third-party capabilities
- Own latency budgets, cost-per-outcome models, and failure-degradation strategies
- Design long-term memory, consent, retention, erasure, and data-residency models
- Define cross-platform interfaces, registry contracts, engineering standards, and customer-component governance
- Establish technical governance for capability evaluation, promotion, versioning, and retirement
- Prototype future capabilities and turn technical findings into recommendations
- Partner with research, platform, field engineering, product, executives, and customers
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent technical field
- 12+ years of industry experience, including 5+ years as a principal, staff, or lead architect
- Experience designing distributed, multi-tenant production systems at scale
- Strong cloud architecture and production operations experience
- Hands-on experience with agentic systems and LLMs, including orchestration, tool calling, MCP, and retrieval
- Experience with real-time systems, streaming transport, latency budgeting, and graceful degradation
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with AI evaluation, tracing, and observability
- Track record of owning latency, cost, reliability, and system-level architecture decisions

- Speech technology experience, including ASR, TTS, or speech-to-speech streaming
- Experience with generative video, avatar generation, diffusion, or flow-matching models
- Experience with real-time media frameworks

- Master’s or Ph.D. in computer science, machine learning, or a related field
