Lead the technical vision and delivery of scalable security policy and network access software for enterprise networks. Architect systems, guide engineering decisions, mentor team members, and improve automation and programmability.

- Set the technical vision for complex security policy and network access solutions
- Architect and develop robust, scalable systems software
- Make architectural decisions and lead technical execution
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership
- Advance software programmability, automation, and orchestration
- Improve development efficiency and product performance
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience in systems programming with complex codebases using C, C++, or Java
- At least 3 years of experience providing technical leadership and mentoring engineering teams
- Experience developing scalable software architectures
- Experience implementing automation and orchestration across the software development lifecycle
Будет плюсом
- Knowledge of network security, certificate validation, and threat modeling
- Experience with cryptography, TLS internals, or post-quantum cryptography
- Experience with AI-assisted coding
- Understanding of modern attack methods
- Ability to communicate design decisions to cross-functional partners
