A technology-led small-business insurance provider is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to strengthen AWS and Kubernetes security, automate guardrails, and enable secure product delivery. This is a hybrid role based in Kfar Saba, Israel.

- Build and improve security capabilities across AWS and Kubernetes environments.
- Develop automated security guardrails and controls for engineering teams.
- Own, operate, integrate, monitor, and improve security tools and services.
- Identify security gaps and implement practical engineering solutions.
- Embed security controls into CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and engineering workflows.
- Investigate and help resolve cloud and application security issues.
- Partner with platform engineering and product teams on secure architecture and implementation.
- Improve security visibility, monitoring, and detection.
- Contribute to security initiatives covering cloud, product, workforce, and emerging AI technologies.
Требования
- Hands-on experience in security engineering or cloud security.
- Practical AWS experience, including IAM, networking, logging, and cloud-native services.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containers, and modern cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with AI/LLM security, AI-assisted development environments, or agentic systems.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Solid understanding of networking and core security principles.
- Ability to investigate technical problems, assess risk, and develop practical solutions.

- Experience with CSPM, CNAPP, or cloud runtime security platforms such as Wiz.
- Experience with Python, Go, or another scripting language.
- Experience with application security or secure software development.
