Provide technical support and consulting for enterprise application and data security platforms. Configure and optimize deployments, resolve complex incidents, advise customers, and support the Enterprise Services engineering team in a hybrid Tel Aviv role.
Обязанности
- Administer enterprise application and data security platforms, including custom rule creation and event analysis.
- Configure, install, and establish baselines for physical and cloud deployments.
- Tune security and audit policies to reduce false positives and improve threat detection.
- Perform system health checks and service reviews to maintain platform stability.
- Respond to security incidents and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and critical support cases.
- Assess customer environments and security architectures, and provide infrastructure and deployment guidance.
- Support customer onboarding, retention, and ongoing platform adoption.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, account managers, engineering, Sales, Renewals, and Customer Success teams.
- Provide technical leadership, supervision, mentoring, and coaching for Enterprise Services engineers.
- Support KPI tracking, strategic initiatives, program scaling, and active sales cycles.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, telecommunications, or a related technology field.
- At least 4 years of application or network security experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
- At least 2 years of data security experience.
- Strong knowledge of TCP, HTTP/S, SSL, DNS, reverse proxies, and firewalls.
- Practical Linux system administration experience.
- Automation experience with Bash and Python.
- Knowledge of OWASP Top Ten web application and API vulnerabilities.
- Proficiency with SQL and MongoDB, including MSSQL, Oracle, and MySQL databases.
- Experience analyzing complex on-premises and cloud deployments.
- Availability for a rotating on-call schedule, including occasional paid weekend and holiday shifts.
- The role may require a security clearance process.

- Practical experience with regular expressions and data parsing.
- Ability to explain complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
