Quality Engineer responsible for quality assurance throughout product development, production, supplier activities, audits, and customer requirements at a manufacturing site.

- Define quality verification stations and self-inspection processes
- Support products from development through serial production
- Lead operational risk reviews such as PFMEA
- Perform First Article Inspection processes
- Track containment, corrective, and preventive actions from audits, management reviews, and failure investigations
- Define quality requirements for subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare customer quality plans, acceptance criteria, specifications, and routing documentation
- Prepare the facility for internal, customer, standards-body, and defense-sector quality audits
- Coordinate auditors and track audit findings and follow-up actions
- Respond to contract review surveys and prepare quality-related quotation inputs
- Improve quality processes across manufacturing lines
- Provide professional guidance and consulting on quality engineering
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering
- Knowledge of national and international standards, including ISO 9001 and AS9100D
- Knowledge of MIL-STD-1916 and MIL-STD-105 sampling standards
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Knowledge of incoming, in-process, and final inspection
- Experience reviewing work processes and quality requirements
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- High-level Hebrew
- High-level English in reading, writing, and speaking
- Initiative, independent learning, teamwork, and stakeholder coordination

- CQE or CQT certification, or an equivalent quality engineering certification
