An established healthcare platform is hiring a QA Team Lead to lead QA and Support teams and own testing strategy, automation, deployments, escalations, and technical release management.
Обязанности
- Lead, mentor, and develop QA and Support teams.
- Define testing strategy, quality standards, risk-based coverage, and release quality gates.
- Own smoke, sanity, regression, API, integration, end-to-end, exploratory, and acceptance testing.
- Set the automation roadmap and use AI tools to generate and maintain automated tests while reviewing and validating generated code.
- Manage Support priorities and resolve escalations involving QA and Development.
- Coordinate critical production investigations with clear evidence, ownership, and communication.
- Manage customer deployments, including readiness, version validation, execution, and post-deployment checks.
- Manage technical releases, including version cuts, release branches, tags, builds, and QA-approved commits.
- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Product, Customer Success, and leadership to improve quality and operational processes.
Требования
- At least 5 years of QA or Quality Engineering experience, including at least 2 years as a QA Team Lead, Technical Lead, or equivalent.
- Deep expertise in test design, risk-based testing, automation, API and system testing, and release quality.
- Practical experience using AI coding tools to design, generate, review, and maintain automated tests.
- Programming knowledge sufficient to troubleshoot generated code and identify missing scenarios, weak assertions, and unreliable tests.
- Experience with CI/CD, production investigations, deployments, or technical releases.
- Demonstrated team leadership, mentoring, process improvement, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal English, ownership, independent execution, and follow-through.
