Lead silicon test automation and infrastructure for advanced SoCs, supporting pre-silicon validation, ATE development, manufacturing test, data analytics, and high-volume production. The role is based in Tel Aviv or Haifa, Israel, with full-time employment.

- Build tools, environments, and automation for silicon engineering teams.
- Manage silicon engineering data flows between internal platforms and suppliers, including data-format optimization and log conversion.
- Verify test solutions using pre-silicon simulation or emulation models.
- Support ATE test-development environments and develop test methods for ATE platforms.
- Create pre- and post-silicon dashboards and indicators to track progress, status, and gaps.
- Collaborate with test, product, quality and reliability, and system-level test teams.
- Deploy manufacturing test and data-analytics solutions for wafer fabrication and outsourced semiconductor assembly and test operations.
- Drive production test solutions that improve test coverage, yield, quality, and cost efficiency.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in test or product engineering, including infrastructure, automation, and people management.
- Experience with pre-silicon validation, test content generation, ATE program development, large-scale data handling, and post-silicon enablement through high-volume manufacturing.
- Experience with ASIC test methodologies such as MBIST, ATPG, DFT, SerDes, and sensor testing.
- Programming experience in Python, Java, C#, C, or C++.
- Experience with Advantest or Teradyne automated test equipment platforms.

- Experience designing ATE hardware, including load boards, probe cards, handler kits, sockets, and thermal-control solutions.
- Experience with CPU or GPU SoC architecture, design, validation, and debugging.
- Expertise developing automation for pre-silicon verification and post-silicon test generation and test programs.
