Lead the quality engineering organization for a global enterprise software company. Own AI-enabled quality strategy, automation infrastructure, performance engineering, and the development of high-performing engineering teams.
Обязанности
- Define and lead AI-augmented quality initiatives across the organization
- Deploy LLM-powered test generation, triage, and root-cause analysis capabilities
- Develop frameworks for validating AI/ML outputs and non-deterministic behavior
- Own automation strategy across UI, API, and integration testing
- Architect scalable test frameworks and embed shift-left testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Establish coverage KPIs, flakiness SLAs, and automation ROI metrics
- Lead enterprise-scale performance and load testing strategy
- Define reliability thresholds and partner with SRE on SLOs and SLAs
- Drive continuous performance validation and investigate regressions, bottlenecks, and latency issues
- Lead and grow automation, performance engineering, and architecture teams
- Set technical direction, OKRs, career paths, hiring plans, and succession depth
- Partner with Product, DevOps, and R&D leadership on quality standards and roadmaps
Требования
- 12+ years of software engineering or QA experience
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience at Director level or senior Staff+ level with direct reports
- Deep experience designing test automation architectures and frameworks from scratch
- Proven leadership of performance engineering at enterprise scale, including distributed systems and cloud-native environments
- Experience shipping or operating AI/ML systems and addressing their quality challenges
- Experience managing multi-team organizations of engineers and architects
- Knowledge of LLM capabilities and limitations for software testing, including prompt engineering and agentic workflows
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Java and modern CI/CD tooling
- Understanding of statistical testing, model drift detection, data validation, and non-deterministic behavior testing
- Strong executive communication, organizational influence, and data-driven decision-making skills

- Enterprise software experience, including SaaS, customer experience, fintech, or regulated environments
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, or AI coding assistants
- Familiarity with observability and APM tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Dynatrace, or New Relic
