Lead the architecture, development, reliability, and evolution of mobile platform foundations while managing and mentoring mobile engineers. This hands-on role focuses on scalability, performance, developer experience, and stable releases across React Native and native iOS/Android applications.
Обязанности
- Own the mobile infrastructure domain, including architecture, tooling, and reliability
- Set technical standards and best practices across React Native and native iOS/Android development
- Lead and mentor a team of mobile engineers
- Design and build scalable mobile infrastructure for development and deployment
- Lead implementations involving state management, geolocation, WebView, encryption, backend communication, and performance optimization
- Own and improve CI/CD pipelines and automate build, testing, and deployment processes
- Partner with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps on priorities and execution
- Serve as the primary mobile infrastructure contact across R&D
Требования
- 6+ years of mobile development experience with Swift and/or Kotlin
- 2+ years of team leadership experience
- Hands-on experience with React Native
- Strong background in mobile architecture and infrastructure
- Experience with CI/CD and release management
- Ability to lead technical projects and make architectural decisions
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Familiarity with backend APIs, including Python REST
- Experience with Agile and DevOps practices
