Lead the technical development of mobile game projects, combining hands-on gameplay programming with team leadership, architecture, quality ownership, and AI-enabled engineering practices.
Обязанности
- Manage, develop, hire, evaluate, and, when necessary, dismiss team members
- Improve engineering processes at team and project-development levels
- Introduce and scale AI-enabled development practices
- Resolve complex technical problems and design implementation architectures
- Ensure fast and reliable delivery of technical solutions
- Own software stability and quality
- Conduct code and design reviews
- Program and refactor gameplay logic
Требования
- At least 3 years of commercial development experience with C++ and/or Unity
- Experience delivering projects to production
- At least 1 year managing a team of three or more programmers
- Understanding of AI infrastructure and modern development tools
- Ability to integrate AI practices into software development workflows
Будет плюсом
- Strong knowledge of modern C++14/17 and STL
- Experience with Unity, Unreal, Godot, Cocos2D, Defold, or similar engines
- Experience developing mobile casual games
