Lead simulation-driven research and development for next-generation data center hardware. Apply mechanical, structural, thermal, and fluid simulations to optimize designs, validate models, and improve product reliability.
Обязанности
- Lead simulation-driven R&D efforts for next-generation data center hardware.
- Perform mechanical, structural, thermal, and fluid simulations to optimize designs.
- Develop experimental setups to validate simulation models through physical testing.
- Correlate simulation results with test data to improve model fidelity and boundary conditions.
- Investigate reliability issues and perform failure analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional design teams and contribute hands-on to mechanical design.
Требования
- B.Sc. or higher in Mechanical Engineering; a master’s degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
- At least 6 years of relevant R&D experience.
- Expertise in finite element analysis, thermal analysis, and computational fluid dynamics.
- Experience correlating simulation results with physical test data.
- Proficiency with Ansys tools such as Icepak, Workbench, Mechanical, or Fluent, and with MATLAB.
- Ability to use analytical calculations and rapid modeling to influence early design decisions.
- Proficiency with 3D CAD tools; Creo is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.

- Experience with electronics cooling and packaging, including thermal interface materials, heat sinks, and liquid cooling systems.
- Knowledge of structural dynamics, shock and vibration standards, and high-density server environments.
- Advanced CAD experience with Creo, SolidWorks, or NX, including simulation model preparation.
- Experience in enterprise telecommunications organizations or developing new design methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI tools for mechanical design, simulation, and debugging.
