Full-time, on-site senior mechanical engineering position in Beit HaEmek, Israel. The role reports to a Mechanical Team Leader and covers electromechanical product design from concept through manufacturing and production support.
Обязанности
- Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems and components.
- Design electromechanical mechanisms, enclosures, and product packaging.
- Support production while meeting schedule, quality, and cost targets.
- Collaborate with hardware, electronics, software, and other cross-functional design teams.
- Coordinate with external validation and manufacturing partners to deliver systems and devices to specification and on schedule.
Требования
- At least 5 years of professional mechanical engineering experience.
- Proven CAD and SolidWorks experience.
- Experience taking mechanical designs from concept through detailed design.
- Familiarity with precision milling, metal casting, 3D printing, and sheet metal manufacturing.
- Experience designing and transferring products to high-volume manufacturing.
- Experience preparing reports and performing static analyses and engineering calculations.
- Experience planning, conducting, and implementing engineering change orders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Strong teamwork, creativity, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and adaptive skills.

- Experience with robotics.
- Experience selecting electrical components such as servo motors, stepper motors, and proximity sensors.
- Experience designing linear motion systems.
- Experience designing injection-molded plastic, rotational molding, and vacuum-forming parts.
- Experience working in a PDM environment.
- At least two years of startup experience.
