Lead the mechanical design and development of high-end wireless charging systems for electric vehicles, from concept definition through implementation, validation, manufacturing, and integration.
Обязанности
- Lead mechanical design for wireless electric vehicle charging systems
- Own mechanical development from concept definition through implementation
- Perform and coordinate analysis, testing, manufacturing, validation, and system integration
- Collaborate with hardware, electronics, software, and other cross-functional design teams
- Support production while maintaining delivery, quality, and cost targets
- Lead and support a team of mechanical designers
Требования
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in mechanical product development
- At least 5 years of experience leading mechanical design teams
- Experience with 3D CAD and PLM systems
- Experience designing complex electromechanical products
- Knowledge of heat dissipation, thermal management, structural analysis, materials, coatings, high-voltage isolation, sealing, design for manufacturing, and geometrical tolerances
- Knowledge of PCB design, electrical packaging, and design for large-scale manufacturing
- Ability to communicate product architectures and design proposals and negotiate technical options with management
- Hands-on project experience, problem-solving ability, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills
Будет плюсом
- Knowledge of CNC machining, compaction, sheet metal, welding, and 3D printing
- Familiarity with automotive and electric vehicle standards
- Experience with SolidWorks and PDM
