A full-time process engineering position at an advanced electronics manufacturing plant in Migdal HaEmek. The role supports production-floor operations, new product introduction, first-article runs, and manufacturing improvement.
Обязанности
- Manage process engineering for wire harness and enclosure manufacturing
- Work continuously with production-floor teams and lead manufacturing processes on site
- Support new product introduction and first-article production runs
- Improve and optimize manufacturing processes
Требования
- At least 3 years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering within wire harnesses, electronics, EMS, or a similar manufacturing environment
- Proven experience working directly with production-floor teams and leading processes on site
- Experience supporting NPI processes and first-article production runs
- Familiarity with wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and enclosures

- Experience specifying and designing jigs, fixtures, aids, and dedicated production tools
