Lead the engineering development process for complex multidisciplinary defense platforms, from requirements definition and design through integration, verification, delivery, and customer training.
Обязанности
- Manage the engineering development process throughout the project lifecycle, from specification to delivery and customer training.
- Manage design and development activities with business projects and subcontractors to meet system and subsystem requirements.
- Analyze customer requirements, manage subsystem interfaces, and perform system integration.
- Plan and execute system verification and validation tests.
- Identify and manage technical project risks and engineering knowledge gaps.
- Lead the engineering effort and define the development environment, infrastructure, procedures, tools, and resources.
- Define and manage engineering information and required engineering deliverables.
- Lead peer reviews and technical reviews.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and partners.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical and control, or communications engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience developing and manufacturing multidisciplinary systems.
- Experience managing product transfer to production, integration, and system-level testing.

- Experience developing mechanical systems.
- Mechanical engineering experience.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and configuration management.
- Experience working across disciplines such as controls and integration.
- Experience leading development in a matrix organization.
- Experience writing system definition documents.
- High-level English proficiency.
