Join a hardware engineering team developing custom silicon for consumer products. The role focuses on architecture analysis, validation planning, silicon bring-up, debugging, and test infrastructure.
Обязанности
- Analyze the architecture and microarchitecture of complex hardware units and features.
- Create post-silicon validation test plans from design specifications.
- Write, execute, and debug validation tests in Python, C, or C++ on emulation platforms and silicon.
- Lead silicon bring-up, troubleshooting, and debugging activities.
- Identify root causes of hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and partner teams to resolve bugs and verify feature functionality.
- Develop test infrastructure and validation methodologies to improve efficiency and coverage.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of experience writing functional silicon validation tests in C, C++, Python, or similar languages.
- At least 4 years of experience with silicon bring-up, functional validation, characterization, and qualification.
- At least 4 years of pre-silicon or post-silicon validation experience.

- Master’s degree or PhD in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science with a computer architecture emphasis.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and work independently.
- Strong interest in hardware and silicon validation.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.
