Develop and improve silicon test solutions for advanced high-performance computing products, spanning pre-silicon validation, ATE development, product integration, and high-volume manufacturing support.
Обязанности
- Collaborate with architecture, design, and verification teams on product bring-up, validation, characterization, qualification, and manufacturing test strategies.
- Verify test solutions using pre-silicon simulation or emulation models.
- Develop ATE test modules, binning flows, and test programs for new product integration.
- Work with ATE vendors and cross-functional teams to prepare products for high-volume manufacturing.
- Analyze volume data, test time, yield, test escapes, and RMAs; localize failures and implement containment and corrective actions.
- Develop tools, flows, and methodologies to automate and continuously improve the testing lifecycle.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of test engineering experience.
- Experience with pre-silicon validation, test-content generation, ATE program development, and post-silicon enablement from new product introduction through high-volume manufacturing.
- Experience with ASIC test methodologies such as MBIST, ATPG, DFT, SerDes, and sensor testing.
- Programming experience in Python, Java, C#, C, or C++.
- Experience with Advantest or Teradyne automated test platforms.

- Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, with an emphasis on computer architecture.
- At least 10 years of test engineering experience, including product engineering.
- Experience with CPU/GPU SoC architecture, design, validation, and debugging.
- Expertise in advanced testing methods, system-to-tester correlation, yield analysis, and test-time improvement.
- Experience automating pre-silicon verification and post-silicon test generation or test-program development.
