Join a global hardware engineering team developing custom silicon solutions for consumer and cloud computing products. Lead product engineering and high-volume manufacturing strategies for advanced SoCs, improving test coverage, yield, quality, cost, and production readiness.
Обязанности
- Develop high-volume manufacturing strategies for SoC products, including troubleshooting, ATE test coverage optimization, defective-parts-per-million reduction, test cost reduction, power and performance assurance, and data correlation across system, ATE, and SLT.
- Coordinate with wafer fabrication facilities and outsourced semiconductor assembly and test providers, and own checkpoints for key quality metrics.
- Drive volume ramp and mass production through test program releases, volume data analytics, lot disposition, extended test-time reduction, yield improvement, and return merchandise authorization handling.
- Support test, diagnosis, yield analysis, and RMA infrastructure.
- Collaborate with ATE and SLT test engineering, quality and reliability, packaging, supplier management, and operations teams to build, deploy, and maintain high-volume manufacturing screening solutions.
- The role is based in Haifa or Tel Aviv, Israel, with in-person interviews generally required.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in product engineering or test engineering.
- Experience developing on Advantest 93K or Teradyne UltraFlex ATE platforms.
- Experience with product engineering, supply chain data analytics, or diagnostics for high-volume manufacturing or new product introduction.

- Experience with industry standards, design-for-test practices, at-speed TDF, ATPG, MBIST, memory repair, diagnostic tools, and yield improvement.
- Experience evaluating customer returns using ATE and SLT, identifying coverage gaps, and developing structural and functional test patterns.
- Experience delivering high-volume manufacturing screening solutions for high-performance computing chips in advanced technology nodes.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis tools such as JMP, yield management systems such as Exensio or YieldExplorer, or Python for data analytics.
