Join a networking hardware team in Israel to lead system-level functional characterization of ASICs used in switches, NICs, and DPUs. The role focuses on stress testing, power-performance optimization, silicon analysis, and driving products toward production.
Обязанности
- Lead system-level functional characterization of networking ASICs
- Plan and execute functional stress testing
- Analyze test results and correlate performance parameters with production ATE data
- Evaluate silicon and environmental effects on key parameters
- Build design-of-experiment plans and write scripts, functions, and analysis envelopes
- Debug hardware and software issues
- Collaborate with design, architecture, and validation teams on characterization plans and power-management policies
- Drive power features through implementation and support high-quality production readiness
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in networking ASIC functional validation or characterization
- Strong understanding of networking IC power and performance
- Proficiency with hardware debugging techniques and tools
- Programming experience in Python, C, or C++ for hardware interaction
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead execution teams in a fast-paced environment
