Join an advanced research and development team developing electro-optical devices, subsystems, and electronics for high-speed communication and data-center interconnects.
Обязанности
- Develop next-generation electro-optical devices and subsystems for high-speed communication.
- Define electrical specifications for electro-optical subsystems and evaluation boards.
- Create schematics and select and characterize components.
- Consider and implement multilayer PCB layouts.
- Provide fabrication and assembly guidance.
- Perform hands-on development and testing in a data-center interconnect laboratory environment.
Требования
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, a practical engineering certificate, or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in electro-optical and high-speed board design.
- Strong experience with high-frequency and broadband designs above 20 GHz.
- System-level understanding, including thermal and mechanical design considerations.
- Understanding of signal integrity and power integrity for multilayer PCB designs.
- Experience with electro-optical and high-speed laboratory environments and high-end measurements.
- Knowledge of electro-optical components such as drivers, CDRs, gearboxes, DSPs, lasers, detectors, and amplifiers.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary engineering teams.

- Data-center hardware experience involving switches, CPUs, DPUs, or GPUs.
- Experience with layout extraction and board-level simulation.
- Familiarity with Cadence board-design tools.
- Knowledge of NRZ/PAM-4 signaling and SPI, I2C, SerDes, PCIe, or Ethernet protocols.
- Experience in IDF technology units as a technician or practical engineer.
