Join a semiconductor technology company’s Test Applications Engineering team to deliver design-for-test solutions for digital IC customers. The role combines DFT implementation, validation, customer technical support, and development of next-generation test technologies.
Обязанности
- Provide DFT expertise during design planning, budgeting, and implementation.
- Design-check DFT methodologies during RTL coding.
- Implement and validate scan compression, core wrapping, and logic and memory BIST techniques.
- Generate and validate ATPG patterns using advanced fault models.
- Participate in customer design and flow reviews to support integration.
- Analyze diagnostics and debug technical issues.
- Support tape-out readiness by delivering validated test logic and patterns.
- Provide customer technical support, demonstrations, evaluations, and training.
- Help develop and productize next-generation test technologies.
Требования
- BSc with at least 7 years of relevant experience or MSc with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with RTL coding, DFT insertion, scan synthesis, ATPG, and MBIST architecture planning.
- Strong knowledge of pattern generation and silicon bring-up processes.
- Understanding of IEEE 1149.x, 1500, and 1687 protocols.
- Ability to analyze and debug complex technical issues.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to customers and colleagues.
