IC Test Engineer

Join a semiconductor engineering team developing and releasing advanced VLSI products. This hybrid role is based three days per week in Migdal HaEmek or Herzliya.
Обязанности
- Define, develop, and implement engineering and production test solutions for complex VLSI devices
- Translate design specifications and product requirements into ATE test plans and programs
- Develop, debug, and validate test programs for wafer sort and final test
- Characterize IC devices and analyze test results
- Identify yield and quality improvements and support product qualification and production ramp-up
- Design and evaluate ATE hardware solutions, including load boards and probe cards
- Collaborate with architecture, design, DFT, design verification, and software teams
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturing partners on product testing and release
Требования
- Academic degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- At least 5 years of hands-on VLSI test engineering experience
- Strong experience developing and debugging ATE tests
- Programming experience in C, HTML, and Python
- Familiarity with Unix or Linux environments
- Experience with production test flows, characterization, validation, and qualification
- Knowledge of DFT methodologies and production test concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and independent work skills

- Experience with Advantest or Chroma ATE platforms
- Knowledge of Shell scripting or Perl
- Experience with high-speed SerDes testing
- Familiarity with load board and probe card design
- Knowledge of wafer sort and final test methodologies
