Join a semiconductor engineering team developing mixed-signal and power-management devices from concept through mass production. The role focuses on experiment design, electrical characterization, data analysis, technology ramp-up, and continuous improvement.
Обязанности
- Design experiments using statistical tools.
- Characterize test structures and analyze electrical results.
- Collaborate with test, process, customer support, design, and research and development teams.
- Participate in ramping up technology in new fabrication facilities.
- Drive continuous improvement activities for leading fabrication technologies.
Требования
- BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or Physics.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Self-motivated, independent, open-minded, and comfortable taking on new challenges.
Будет плюсом
- Knowledge of CMOS processes.
- Understanding of semiconductor physics.
- Experience with wafer-level characterization and automatic testing.
- Experience using JMP, MATLAB, Python, or Excel for data analysis.
